International Mentorship Day is a movement across International Mentorship Day is a movement across sectors that is diverse and broad - mentoring for a better world.

We celebrate International Mentoring Day on January 17, while honouring the legacy of Muhammad Ali on what would have been his 75th birthday. Reflecting on the power of mentoring and how it contributes to creating a better world is a useful exercise any day, but particularly on a day that acknowledges a great man and his great life.

Our Inaugural WGOB Mentorship Program is aimed at women with more than 10 years of senior management or executive experience who have aspirations to lead and serve on a corporate board.

This unique one-year program will match aspiring women corporate directors with accomplished leading and serving women corporate directors to elevate their board effectiveness and advance their board journey to a corporate board seat.
